Alejandra Estefania
Painting a better version of herself “The Alpha Female”
"The Ambitious Alpha"
The Alpha Female is a strong majestic woman. She can often be intimidating to those around her and isn’t afraid to ask for what she wants. She’s killing it in her career and has a solid group of like minded individuals to rely on. There’s nothing quite as brilliant as a “woman” with confidence and ambition. There are very few things as stunning and breathtaking as an alpha woman. Her poised sense of self and her kind yet firm ways are a masterful thing to behold.
While others may lack courage and direction in life, the alpha woman knows exactly what she wants, who she is, and she is completely unapologetic about it. Her confidence demands the attention of all she comes in contact with. She steals the attention of one and all and she capture’s them with her energy, poise and her encompassing gift of social power. Not one day goes by that she doesn’t know exactly what she is going to get out of that day.
She lives with purpose and has clear goals for all areas in her life. The physical, mental and spiritual goals she set for herself are more than just things she wants to accomplish, they are achievements that define her and therefore she pours her heart into them with paint. She has persevered regardless of the circumstances or trials that came with the life she was exposed to and how she chose to live through it. She understands that it is only through hard work that she can continue to be the masterful woman she is today.
It’s her knowledge and wisdom of life that intrigues people but more importantly it is what drives her to face life with courage and boldness. Being very diverse she believes there is no growth without change and no change without sacrifice. The Rebel in her guided her toward the pursuit of happiness in living color. The comeback she made in her life was and will always be stronger than the setbacks of her past. In her words “Be so in love with your life, your partner, your family, and your friends and understand that no amount of self destruction is worth the risk of missing out on the joy that these things could bring you”.

"The Power Of Emotional Intelligence"
Being in an open space just being able to think with a clear mind it was asked: “Who is Alejandra Estefania?” It’s simple she is a leader and she knows that not just as an artist but as a woman that along the way, there were certain things that showed her a quality she carries is a little bit rougher around the edges unlike most people and it helps her to take blows for others. She stands at the forefront of different fights and different controversial things that help her to stand up for people and give them comfort without conforming to anyone other than herself which is why she is a Leader walking in her own destiny.
Being a Female leader in the Latin community she faces challenges using paint to help uncover the mysteries of her true emotions that are merely defined by the art in which she creates and the art she chooses to live by. In her words alone “If you want something bad enough then the challenge is never as challenging as it feels and no matter how hard it is your going to do it regardless”.
As a woman there are so many things that have tried to break her and tried to put her in her place, while staying true to where she came from she understood earlier on that she had no choice but to rise above that and her secret weapon is that she is emotionally intelligent this is where she gets her strength from and this is what she uses to push forward not letting anything or anyone hold her back.
The theory behind women is that “we're too emotional” but that will never define her character as a woman or as an artist. She not only puts her heart into everything that she touches but also her emotions, if she is not obsessed with it she doesn’t put time into it essentially because her art is her entire life in which she is so driven by passion there is no time to be wasted.
With every stroke, she paints it has every single bit of who she is and who she has become at this point in her life. Art changed her life saving her from being as lost as a person could be, being completely from the bottom of the barrel and one step away from becoming another statistic for being an immigrant, a Latina, and being raised by a single mother every kind of card that was against her she felt that she was so close to being just another number.

"Passionate Prayers & Humble Roots"
Discovering, art going to God praying heavily for God to save her and to help her find her purpose at the age of 19. That moment of clarity came when she finally heard an inner voice aligning her with her true calling in life which was to go paint. Her life was the first blank canvas that she used to paint a better version of herself and with just one touch of paint gave her the confirmation that her life was no longer just black and white. From the first time she laid the brush on the canvas she knew then it was everything she was looking for her entire life and it changed everything, it was like seeing color come to life for the very first time and finally she felt empowered and her goal was then set to build a life that she didn’t need a vacation from.
Staying true to her culture as a Latina woman from Ecuador she was always reminded by her mother to remember where she came from, where she was born and to never be shameful for being Latina this is who she is and it’s a beautiful thing and to keep her roots grounded. Being self motivated heighten her passion simply because during the time she was on the rise of becoming an artist her mother was oblivious to the idea only because the last thing she wanted was to see the look of failure on her daughter’s face because it was a talent she never knew existed seeing only one side of the world.
Her mother’s fear helped to recreate her motivation to stand up to her and the doubt she carried through the love between a mother and daughter. A lot of her inner motivation came from wanting to inspire other young kids and anyone else who has a similar background as her because there weren’t many Latina influences for her back then with the exception of Freda Kahlo, a Mexican artist who painted many portraits, self-portraits, and works inspired by the nature and artifacts of her Latin roots of Mexico.
She was the only female artist that she knew of to look up to and now wanting to be that motivator for the generation we live in today. The way she continues to paint the smile on her face and not the canvas is by knowing that if she doesn’t stay humble God has a very powerful way of correcting her ego and just knowing that she isn’t defined by the money, success or material things because it’s just an illusion so for her it’s in her character in how she feels people should be treated even when no one is watching those are the things that keep her grounded. And she understands by going back to her roots her life could have ended up very differently and being humble has undeniably been embedded in her.

"What Makes You Beautiful"
Throughout time she has had many different stumbling blocks that she was forced to face, even in the darkest time when she felt shattered yet not broken. Painting was her only way of chasing her freedom running from the pain, listening to Hip-Hop artist like “JayZ” living vicariously through his quotes, “Pain you can’t run from you got to run towards it’s the only way to heal”. Self-identifying that she didn’t want to be famous nor did she want to be rich but to only be rich in soul and happiness. With all those things the money would come.
She never wanted fame she just wants her art to be famous for the messages she leaves behind changing people’s lives with one painting at a time. The way painting has captivated her life was very peaceful and made her so happy and so at ease. That experience made her want to cry because she was finally accepting that life is what brought her there. Finally being truly happy and overwhelmed with the feeling of being lucky not knowing exactly where she went right but God gave her that sense of direction.
Self-reflecting knowing that no matter where you been or where you come from, remember to stay humble, stay kind, stay purposeful. Life is waiting for you to live it and it doesn’t care about your excuses. You will achieve what you decide to achieve, no matter what cards you were dealt and her reflection helped to see her journey.
Alpha females like Ms. Alejandra Estefania knows that knowing their confidence comes with knowing exactly who she is and what her purpose is and keeping her morals intact no matter where life takes her. In her words “We live in a two-dimensional world, we need to understand that social media is so false and irrelevant. So don’t base your confidence on how you look or how men see a woman only see and feel yourself. Base yourself of your integrity, yes you’re pretty but that’s not what makes you beautiful, intelligence and hard work are what makes you beautiful on the inside no matter how the world views you.

"A Canvas Painted With Destiny & Fate"
Her signature is more powerful than the color’s that meet the eye like red, blue, and yellow. The question was asked “Why”? Though her favorite color is green, blue is needed to make that color which signifies her peace. Blue is the most calming color, red is the burning fire that intensifies the rebel behind her smile. But in combination, it’s all about the emotion it conveys with her viewers, followers, and supporters. So they can see the flower deep-rooted inside of her that is blossoming into a garden of love.
For her "Love" before was all about accepting self and other people for who they were and what they were not. Her love for painting has been an extension of an art form only made for the naked eye of two people who can see the same beauty in one another. That love she never knew existed so she’d paint her version of her Alpha male.
Painting a male figure with the flowers that blossomed inside of her, around the image of her Alpha male covering his eyes. Then someone asked: “What does that mean?". Her answer was simple “It’s for the man who sees me in the flowers”. Wondering if he’d ever see her for the softness she possessed and would be able to bring it out of her. She wanted to paint her city with love, waiting to feed his mind and devour his heart in pieces that connected the dots to her gift.
Though the collection she has been creating in her heart has not yet reached the surface until now, her “Love Connection” naming it The "Love That Set Me Free". This is her tree of life knowing that every time she paints her vision get bigger and stronger. However, she is no stranger to an intimate moment simply because paint is intimate yet comes with no instruction just like love. In the paintings of her Alpha male, the message is if you’re dating an artist you have to accept the fact that art is their whole life and maybe it wasn’t expected to fall in love.
But be thankful you did and for the first time, she felt like she was understood by a man. He didn’t silence his Alpha woman he encouraged her even more. Makes you wonder “Why is she painting a better version of herself”? Then the question was asked, “When did you fall in love with Hip-hop”? “It was just like when beauty met her beast in other words when the Rebel met MoJo he is the perfect verse over a tight beat. The beat to her heart and every stroke of color that says passion.
To not only have prayed for her purpose in life. But have God reveal her gift and to also pray to God for a man of God when she Fell in love with Mojo. They shared the same love language for paint and soon she found out that they shared the same love for one another. Alejandra- means “The protector of man” Where Anthony – means flower. She quickly understood that she had been painting an image of her Alpha Male now she has him in flesh. Now creating new art in a rare form that she never knew existed. So it makes you wonder…Why the Art of Noise? It’s raw, personal, and really not your typical Q&A.
She felt like for the first time it was like she was finally sitting with the person and overhearing it. She said it "Doesn’t seem like an article but it feels as if she is a part of the conversation.” You should be surrounded by artist and have people that feel the way you feel there is no help or handbook to create a vision so why aren’t we helping each other to grow well this is just the beginning.
